ALISHA - SELF TAUGHT BAKER

Baking

I'm Alisha, a self taught baker, lover of dogs and sprinkle enthusiast. From a very young age, I watched as my grandma baked cakes from scratch, not by recipe, but simply by feeling the texture of the batter. As I grew up, and experimented in the kitchen, I knew it takes more than just  "feeling" the  batter to get it right, My grandma, of course was a baking wizard and it wasn't long before I held the magic whisk to learn her ways.

When I'm not covered in flour, I enjoy playing with my lovely dogs, taking pictures of the moon and travelling.

Allergies and Intolerences

We cater to people of different lifestyle requirements upon request.

Gluten Free Options

We cater to people with gluten intolerances, we don't cater to people with Coeliac Disease due to possible cross contamination

Vegan Options

We cater to people who are vegan. All our vegan baked goods are free from dairy, eggs, or any animal bi products e.g. Honey

Sugar Free Options

We are able to cater to people who are diabetic, keto etc, by using Monk Fruit Sweetener, Stevia and Erythritol as substitutes.
